Give us a call or drop us an email with the details of the problem and we will give you a pre-assessment of the issue. If we really can help, we will ask you to send your troublesome product to us so we can check out the issue properly. We charge a basic £20+Vat for looking at the product and we'll let you know what any repair / remedy is going to cost before we do any additional work.
